'Edinburgh-based Geordie musician Eve Simpson blends the radical vulnerability of the likes of Joni Mitchell with the whimsical clarity of the likes of Laura Marling.’ - The Skinny

Fresh from her top-selling Edinburgh International Fringe showcase, artist and songwriter, Eve Simpson, has been reaching audiences across the country with her Geordie-Scottish folk-pop, chosen as BBC Scotland's Track of the Week last year. Eve has been supported by Youth Music and Help Musicians, selling out her debut London Headline show following her first Headline UK Tour.

Eve has received editorial support on Soundcloud’s Hot UK Pop, as well as featuring on multiple BBC Scotland shows, BBC Introducing, BBC 6 Music, and Frankie’s Amazing Radio Afternoon Show.

In addition to previous gigs supporting Martha Reeves & The Vandellas and the Elephant Sessions, Eve has featured at Edinburgh Hogmanay and Celtic Connections, collaborating with composers Beth Nielsen Chapman and Kathryn Tickell, as well as scoring a FOCAL International award-winning film.

Eve also featured in The List's January-February issue as their Future Sound pick of the month.
